Tem is the founder and Managing Partner at Maxin Group, and focuses on both the venture capital and liquid funds. He leads the investment team, managing daily operations and actively supporting portfolio companies as a board member and advisor. Under his leadership, the team has executed numerous venture capital transactions and blockchain investments.

Tem’s prior experience includes working as a technology and business leader across prominent organizations. He also has a decade of expertise in negotiating venture capital deals in emerging markets and conducting investment due diligence.
